I like to cook and have an interest in fine dining, primarily emphasizing culinary techniques of Western cuisine, such as French and Italian techniques. I enjoy playing with different styles and cuisines, so fusion of different cuisines is becoming a bigger part of how I cook. My PhD and other life obligations keep me busy enough that exploring this facet of my life can move a little slower but I enjoy it. Below are some examples of some of my experiments.
